The Cards of the Tarot
The cards of our deck have been crafted by Fernando Gumppenberg. Their design was created around 1820 in Milan in Lombardy, in an age shaken by changes like ours.
Demise
This card's prevailing energy:
Mourning, New Beginning, Ruin
Before being reborn from the ashes the Phoenix will be burnt in the flame. This kind of destruction is represented by the Ten of Swords. A new morning will follow The Demise, but only after the necessary time of mourning.
Do not look back. The past has to give place to the prospect of a new and better tomorrow. Do not esteem losses too high. Consider, that all mundane things are perishable. Detach yourself in order to take the best from the inevitable change.
